Rate-Distortion (R-D) optimization is a crucial technique in video encoders. However, the widely used independent R-D optimization is far from being global optimal. In order to further improve the compression performance of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), a two-pass encoding algorithm combined with both R-D dependency and R-D characteristic was proposed. Firstly, the current frame was encoded with the original method in HEVC, and the number of bits consumed by the current frame and the R-D model parameters of each Coding Tree Unit (CTU) were obtained. Then, combined with time domain dependent rate distortion optimization, the optimal Lagrange multiplier and quantization parameter for each CTU were determined according to the information including current frame bit budget and R-D model parameters. Finally, the current frame was re-encoded, where each CTU had different optimization goal according to its Lagrange multiplier. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves significant rate-distortion performance improvement. Specifically, the proposed algorithm saves 3.5% and 3.8% bitrate at the same coding quality, compared with the original HEVC encoder, under the coding configurations of low-delay B and P frames.

Common Information Model (CIM) is an open industrial standard, which has been implemented in products of many companies. Meanwhile, there are lots of bugs being reported and fixed. In order to reduce the cost time and effort of finding the root cause, in this paper, a method to debug automatically was proposed based on natural language processing algorithm. It firstly segmented those sentences using maximum entropy model, then used simHash to find the most similar fixed bug based on specifically constructed dictionary, finally used text mining to find the root cause and solution via analyzing the trace provided by customer. The experimental result achieves 87.5% accuracy, which shows its effectiveness.

For the order allocation problem of industry cluster with multiple manufacturers and multiple suppliers, considering the suppliers' current available manufacturing resources, an order allocation model for supply chain with multi-suppliers to multi-manufacturers based on production load equilibrium strategy was proposed in this paper. The simulation case study of an industry cluster of injection molding parts manufacturers was used to verify that the model can not only narrow the supplier's production load fluctuation, but also can balance suppliers' production load in each cycle. The production load equilibrium strategy can not only guarantee the order's lead time, but also the equilibrium utilization of the suppliers' manufacturing resources, leads to promote the whole supplier group's operation level and efficiency and to realize the optimization of the entire supply chain.
